What Does This Do?

Corsa's Xtreme uses their patented RSC (Reflective Sound Cancellation) technology — it's essentially noise-canceling for exhaust drone. At cruising speed (1,500-2,500 RPM), the exhaust is remarkably quiet and drone-free. But open the throttle and it screams. Benefits: the loudest exhaust in the Corsa lineup without any highway drone — this is the holy grail of exhaust design. The 304 stainless construction is top-tier and the polished tips look fantastic. Corsa offers a lifetime warranty. Trade-offs: it's one of the most expensive cat-back systems available. The RSC technology works by reflecting sound waves back into the muffler at specific frequencies, which means the mufflers are heavier and more complex than simple straight-through designs. If you want raw volume at all times (including cruise), this isn't the one — look at the AWE Track Edition instead. But if you want to be quiet on the highway and loud when you want to be, nothing beats Corsa.
