Why Install This?

Benefits

  • Maximum straight-line traction for consistent launches
  • Dramatically reduces 60-foot times at the drag strip
  • Easy bolt-on installation — most people can do this in their driveway with basic tools

Things to Know

  • Not suitable for daily driving or wet conditions

What Does This Do?

Mickey Thompson's ET Street SS is purpose-built for drag strip launches on a street-legal tire. The ultra-soft compound grips the prepped surface like glue — on a properly prepped strip, these can cut 1.0-1.5 seconds off your 60-foot time compared to regular tires, which translates to massive quarter-mile improvements. The 305/35R20 size fits the stock 20" rear wheels on Scat Pack and Hellcat models. They're DOT-approved (street legal) but they're NOT daily-driver tires — the soft compound wears quickly on regular roads, they're terrible in rain, and they need to be heated up (burnout) before each pass for best grip. Rear-only installation.
