Why Install This?
Benefits
- Sharper throttle response and slightly improved peak flow
- Pairs well with cold air intake for maximum intake tract flow
- Easy bolt-on installation — most people can do this in their driveway with basic tools
What Does This Do?
Pedal Commander is the best-selling throttle controller on the market, and for good reason — it offers 4 distinct modes (Eco, City, Sport, Sport+) each with 9 sensitivity levels, giving you 36 total settings. Benefits: Bluetooth connectivity lets you change modes from your phone without reaching under the dash. The range of modes is genuinely useful — Eco mode saves gas on highway drives, City mode smooths out traffic driving, and Sport+ makes the car feel like it has a hair trigger. Installation is truly plug-and-play (5 minutes, no tools). Trade-offs: like all throttle controllers, this adds ZERO horsepower — it only changes how quickly the existing power is delivered. The most aggressive Sport+ mode can make the car feel jerky in stop-and-go traffic. The Bluetooth app requires your phone to be connected (minor inconvenience). At around $300, some enthusiasts argue you can get a similar effect by just using your car's built-in Sport mode and being more deliberate with your throttle foot. But the fine-tuned adjustability and Bluetooth control make this genuinely more convenient.
