Brakes
Your brakes are the most important safety system on the car, and if you're adding power, you need to add stopping ability too. Stock brakes are designed for a stock car — once you start making more power and driving harder, they can overheat and 'fade' (get soft and ineffective). Brake upgrades range from simple pad swaps to complete big brake kits with massive rotors and multi-piston calipers.
Rear Rotors
Rear rotors work the same as front rotors but are smaller since the rear brakes do about 30% of the stopping work. Upgrading both front and rear together ensures balanced braking. Drilled/slotted rear rotors improve heat dissipation and wet-weather performance.
